Hi, I wanted to reach out to you today to share some resources to help during the COVID-19 lockdown. I filmed several short, approachable videos on stress-relieving breathing techniques and basic yoga, and also created a series of micro fitness challenges to break up your day with some movement and new energy. Please share and use any of this you wish to support your needs during this extraordinary time. Stay strong, healthy and positive.
