I hope your January is off to a great start. It’s finally snowing in the Alps, so I’ve restarted XC skiing and am enjoying a week of snow runs as I work on my comeback project. My work at the moment is focused on recording the audio version of Flow State Runner & wrapping up our Press Kit. Wishing you the best with your focus areas currently!

Habit trackers: I’m using the app “Productive” for our January Plank Challenge and to create accountability for daily meditation and music time. I tested the top iOS apps and this one won me over! If you’ve got a good Android recommendation, please let me know.
