Personal Update
Thanks so much for the great feedback on my hill running book title ideas. My favorite response: “Your book title idea sucks, but it doesn’t have to.” This gave me a big smile, and I agree! You’ve convinced me not to use negativity in the title. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts on this!
I’ve had an awesome November – super busy and a month full of energy and good vibes. I survived my German B2 exam, went for a nice long 8KM swim for charity in the Zürisee, and finished writing my 3rd book. I wrote this new book to be offered exclusively via my friends at SEALGrinderPT. It’s on the topic of running faster and includes an 8-week training program. I’m looking forward to that book launching in the coming weeks. 
My focus now shifts to finally finishing the hill running book and writing my next book for SEALGrinderPT. And more cold water swims, of course!
