I’ve been experimenting with Intermittent Fasting (IF) the past two months and loving the results (down 7kg/15lbs and more focused/energized in general). I do one 36-hour fast per week (just drinking water/coffee/tea). I found lots of good support and info on IF at WeFa.st, here

Lastly, after I finish the B2 German exam in mid-November, it will be time to finish my hill running book, provisionally titled, “Hill Running Sucks! But it doesn’t have to.” Title good? Not good? What do you think? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
