I hope your 2020 is off to a great start! In this edition of the digest you’ll find encouragement to get out in nature, an excellent read on career and life evolution, and a book release from yours truly. I hope you enjoy this edition – as always, feel free to hit reply and say hello! If you are going for a moonshot event this year, or just any big challenge, please drop me a note and I’ll be happy to check in with you throughout the year for motivation and accountability. And if there’s no official challenge in your calendar, but life feels like a moonshot, then let me know and I’ll reach out to share some encouragement as we move through the year. Warm wishes, Jeff

I wrote a new book! "Running Heavy"
I’m excited to announce release of my latest book, Running Heavy. I developed this program for overweight runners, as well as athletes looking to train wisely with a weight vest, sleds and other gear. It’s a topic near and dear to me, as I’ve been there both as an overweight runner and an athlete training with extra weight. The eBook and training plan edition is out NOW and I created a 25% discount coupon just for you — my loyal newsletter readers. The code is simply thankyou and it applies to all my eBooks until the end of January.

I’ve been so busy writing and working to grow my speaking business that I’ve missed a couple months of my normal winter swimming adventures! Hoping to turn that around in February, once more lakes start to freeze – as it’s more fun being cold if you first have to cut a hole in the ice to get in the water!
