My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

Theme: digital spring cleaning! Included in this issue are a couple of quick reads on reducing phone-dependance, plus a reminder to get out into nature, enjoy music, and take a splash in a chilly lake. Summaries below.
Feel free to hit reply to share your latest pursuit (for a motivational or accountability boost) or just to say hello.
I wish you a great springtime!

Personal Update
I’m getting excited already about some adventure projects in the works for this summer. My buddy and I are organizing a multi-day ultra marathon of SwimRuck for late August in Switzerland. We’re calling it the Bögeyman Ultra. It will be a 100KM-long course, including 42KM of swimming in 5 lakes, and will traverse 58KM of mostly mountainous terrain. The first year will be invitation-only. To prepare for this epic challenge, we have several training adventures planned in the coming months. Stay tuned for more details, and please let me know if this is the kind of event you’d like to do!
By the way, if you want to spend some time in-person together this year, please come see me in Geneva for a short escape to recharge. I offer weekend retreats at La Réserve Genève most months of the year, with a unique mix of all the things I love in a 48-hour de-stress escape: vinyasa and yin yoga, music, meditation, sensory experiences, and walking/running/swimming.
