Every January for many years now, I’ve downloaded a new productivity app to sort outstanding tasks and have gone all out to zero my inbox.

And after each of those Januarys has passed, I can’t say that it ever brought me much sustainable value compared to the time it took to reach ZERO inbox!

And now with multiple inboxes from messaging apps, social media, etc., it seems impossible to keep up with it all. Here’s a good quick read making the case to change the expectation and shift to infinity mode.

Personal Update

Adventure: I finally got the right conditions to go for a challenge I’ve had my eye on for a year now: combine XC Skiing and winter open water swimming. Check out my latest Vlog episode to see what it was like. If you’re inspired for similar winter challenges, please keep it safe out there!

Yoga Retreat: If you’re in Europe and would like to join me for a yoga retreat, my next one is at the exclusive hotel & spa La Réserve Genève, from February 8th-10th in Geneva. We’re offering spring dates as well.

Yoga Teacher Course: And if you are interested in a Yoga Teacher Training or have any friends who may be, check out this unique training I’m teaching at in June on Koh Samui, Thailand. It’s led by Tara South, an outstanding international yoga teacher based in Australia. This will be our 3rd year offering this immersion course, which takes place in a magical setting.
