My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

In this edition: working through fear, a conversation tool, and December motivation. Drop your eyes below for a quick summary of each.
If you took me up on my offer for accountability support to close out your 2018 goals, you’re getting regular check-ins from me. I’m happy to help out.
And if you didn’t, feel free to hit reply and share any last-month things you’re chasing for 2018. I’m happy to offer motivation and accountability support to you over the next few weeks, with just a pay-it-forward suggestion for someone else in 2019.
Wishing you a successful, fit, and healthy month!
–Jeff

Personal Update
Winter Swimming in Lac Leman, Geneva
Professionally, I’ve been teaching a lot of yoga lately, which fits a major goal of mine to contribute in some small way to people better managing stress. I’m also hard at work writing Running Heavy and coaching endurance athletes toward their 2019 goals.
With sports, I’m having a great season of cold water swimming, having shifted my goal this year to more winter swims without a wetsuit. Temps down to 9C / 48F have been OK for up to 30min thus far. But the fun temps await, as the lakes in Switzerland continue to drop in temperature every week!
