My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

Themes in this edition ==> Taking the hard way, training for a crucible event, respect for an inspiring young runner and a core challenge.
Pay-it-forward Accountability offer: drop me a quick note with one goal you need to reach or task you need to finish by year-end. Sports, biz, life, anything. I’ll then follow-up with you a couple times between now and then to make sure you hold true to your self-promise. Cost = do the same for someone else.

Personal Update
I’ve been busy this November writing several articles for SEAL Grinder PT, teaching workshops, and writing my next book, Running Heavy.
I’m also looking forward to teaching yoga for the 2nd half of November in Geneva at La Réserve Genève. I’ll be giving two weekend retreats there, so if you want a fall break at an outstanding Swiss spa, check it out.
And I’m really excited to share a hint on this one: I just kicked off a project with two friends to start a new ultramarathon of SwimRun. My vision is a 3-day event in the Swiss Alps covering at least 100KM, with 40-50KM of that swimming and much of the running/hiking route on mountain trails. I’ll share more in the future. If something like this is of interest to you or any friends, let me know!
Have a great 2nd half of November, and remember to take me up on my pay-it-forward Accountability offer above!
