My digest is a collection of inspirational and instructional resources I find interesting and wish to share, including my latest content. To save you time, I pen a quick preview & highlight the key parts to check out.

Phone down, eyes up; Stress Response Visualization, October Squats, and Being Selfish for your own Good.
These are the themes in this edition. Check out my summaries, dive in where you have an interest, and have a great week!
As always, feel free to hit reply and let me know how you’ve been. I’m happy to be a sounding board and someone you can share a goal with for additional accountability.

Personal Update
I’ve been enjoying more long distance swimming challenges, and last week covered an invented 52KM course in the Alps, swimming and hiking our way across three gorgeous lakes and two passes. We carried camping gear and slept on the shore after the 2nd swim. This SwimHike adventure concept is the start of something I hope to do much more of in the future!
On the professional side, I’m gearing up for a winter of writing and targeting 3 book projects over the next year, two coaching books and one novel. Winter has proven to be my best months of writing, so I decided this year to not fight it, and just focus those months on writing and the other months on workshops, coaching and teaching. Writing and coaching for a living is an ever-evolving, ever-learning process, but I remind myself of my own quote “Never Easy, Always Worth It!”
By the way, I do still have one online coaching slot open, as well as availability for consultation calls, if anyone is looking for support toward race goals, transformation, winter fitness, or other life goals.
