Sharing just one short update with you today –> My new book on Hill Running was just released on Amazon! This book has been a work-in-progress since Flow State Runner came out nearly two years ago, and it’s a topic I love. I finally wrapped it up late in the winter and worked with an awesome editing, graphics, and photography trio to bring it to market. The expanded digital edition launches June 1st. Please feel free to check it out, even if you don’t love hills! My regular digest returns for Issue #26 (already reviewing articles for it). Thanks much for your support. Wishing you a great week!
